Log file information:

Log file information is automatically reported by your browser each time you make a request to access (i.e., visit) a web page. It can also be provided when the content of the webpage is downloaded to your browser or device.

When you use our Service, our servers automatically record certain log file information, including your web request, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, referring / exit pages and URLs, number of clicks and how you interact with links on the Service, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, and other such information. We may also collect similar information from emails sent to our Users which then help us track which emails are opened and which links are clicked by recipients. The information allows for more accurate reporting and improvement of the Service.

Device identifiers:

When you use a mobile device like a tablet or phone to access our Service, we may access, collect, monitor, store on your device, and/or remotely store one or more “device identifiers.” Device identifiers are small data files or similar data structures stored on or associated with your mobile device, which uniquely identify your mobile device. Responding to legal requests and preventing harm:

Our services and the text, graphics, images, photographs, videos, illustrations, page headers, logos, service mark, slogans (hereafter known as “Content”) are owned by or licensed to StatsWest are protected under both Canadian and foreign laws. Except as explicitly stated in these Terms, StatsWest and our licensors reserve all rights in and to our Services. You are hereby granted a limited, nonexclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use our Services for your own personal use: however, such license is subject to these Terms and does not include any right to: (a) sell, resell or commercially use our Services; (b) copy, reproduce or distribute our Services; (c) remove any markings, or otherwise make any derivative use of our Services, except as expressly set forth in these Terms; (d) use any data mining, robots or similar data gathering extraction methods; or (e) use our Services other than as expressly provided in these Terms. Any use of our Services other than a specifically authorized herein, without our prior written permission, is strictly prohibited and will terminate the license granted under these Terms. You will not remove, alter or conceal any copyright, trademark or service mark incorporated in or accompanying the StatsWest.

6. Children’s Privacy

StatsWest does not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the Canadian voting age. The Service and its content are not directed at children under the Canadian voting age. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the Canadian voting age, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
